UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
Due to the forecasted bad weather on Saturday, April 13th, the “A Walk Through Time” cemetery tour has been moved to an indoor location.
Previously, attendees would have been guided to each gravestone where an actor would await them to portray that person’s life. The indoor presentation will include the same actors, however instead of being at the final resting place of the person that they are portraying, they will give their presentation on a stage in front of an audience. Therefore, attendees who previously could not come due to walking distances etc., can now enjoy the presentations from the comfort of a seat!
We do apologize for any inconveniences that this has caused for anyone and should you request more information or any other resource please reach out to us and let us know at: email@example.com
The new venue will be held at the First Christian Church in Van Alstyne at 274 S Waco St, Van Alstyne, TX 75495.
There will be two showings:
1:00 PM and 2:30PM
We are asking all guests who originally purchased a ticked for 1PM, 1:30PM or 2PM to please report to the 1:00PM showing.
We ask that all guests who purchased a ticket for the 2:30PM, 3PM or 3:30PM tour times to please report to the 2:30PM showing.
From this point on, tickets are on sale for both the 1:00PM and the 2:30PM showings. Tickets are $10 each and the proceeds raised will still be used to benefit the preservation of Van Alstyne history, including stone repairs in the Van Alstyne Cemetery.
Please report to the First Christian Church 30 minutes before the show time.
