Make your mark this Women’s History Month! We’re joining forces with the Art+Feminism campaign to improve Wikipedia’s coverage of gender, feminism, and the arts, and we need your help!

The museum’s Edit-A-Thon will focus on women in American art. Editors will work in the library reading room and have access to the library’s near-comprehensive collection of research materials on American art.

All levels of editors are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Depending on your experience and time commitment, your contribution can range from correcting a few spelling and grammatical errors to creating a new article. We’ll have experienced Wikipedians on hand to guide participants through all parts of the editing process. You only need to bring a laptop, and we’ll supply the rest! We’ll also provide snacks.
