Hope on Houston

Cheryl Jo (CJ) Reed Hayes and her children have been a long-standing members of the Sherman Community Players family, CJ has donated countless hours and funds to the Finley and the Honey McGee theaters, helping bring their wonderful plays to life with her talents in costuming, while her children used their acting and art skills in the shows.

At the young age of 53, her husband, Curtis Alan Hayes left this earth and went to be with his Heavenly Father suddenly and tragically on February 28, 2019, following a massive stroke. He left behind the love of his life, Cheryl Jo (CJ) Reed Hayes, his beloved son, Dalton, and his precious daughter, Reagan, to navigate this river of life without him.

Friends, who consider them family, hope to raise funds from this event to help pay for the unexpected medical and funeral expenses and provide for them for just bit while they figure out life without Curtis.
