Dear frieds,
Once again I have the opportunity to teach weekly classes at North Texas Piano in Pottsboro.

I trust these Self Care classes, using QiGong and Ayurveda Yoga, can help you to get a good and healthy start of the year.

Here is the schedule: 90 MIN CLASSES

Tuesdays:
5:30 – 7 PM Ayurveda Yoga
5-week series registration: January 22 – February 19
1 class/week: $90 ($18/class)

Thursdays:
10:00 – 11:30 AM Women’s QiGong
4-week series registration: January 24 – February 14
1 class/week: $ 72 ($18/class)

Registration no later than Tuesday, January 15, 2019

Drop-ins are greatly welcome. Make sure to affirm your attendance due to space limits.
Drop-in: $20

The classes will start with a minimum of 5 students registered per class. When you investment in advance you are reserving your spot for one or two classes/week and receive a discount.

Note: For now it looks that I will only be able to offer these series in 2019. I need to support my family and my teachings will be limited to these 4-5 weeks.
There might be a possibility to extend the teachings 2 more weeks. We will know later in February. For these classes you will invest $20/class.

Below is some general information about the practices. Importantly, it is a very individual experience so come and and give it a try to see how it works for you…. 🙂

– Increased energy and you will become more alert and calm.

The practices have multiple of positive effects for the body and mind, including but limited to, physical pain, relieve allergies, asthma, migraines, anxiety and much more.
